WORK FROM TALENTED STEVENAGE ARTISTS...

Here on the left is a wonderful painting from DELIA CAMPBELL.

Delia tells us: It was painted when I was doing foundation, Art & Design at Shepalbury school.  I painted it in 1999. Acrylic on MDF. 8ft x 4ft.

The Lister commissioned five students who did a painting each and three were chosen.

They were originally meant for the Maternity unit, but were thought to be more suitable for the Bluebell Wing.

They were there for five years, and when the Bluebell was re-decorated, rather than it be scrapped, I asked to have mine back. Sometimes I wish it had been scrapped

Pete's Comment: We Don't Delia - otherwise we wouldn't be able to appreciate it now!

FALCONS

Secondly, here on the right, is a painting by PAUL REYNOLDS of a pair of Peregrine Falcons.

These were painted by Paul in 1983.
